We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and oversee our B2C and intermediaries sales teams, driving the growth and success of EVIDENT’s alternative assets platform. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach by targeting family offices, high-net-worth individuals, wealth platforms, brokers, and wealth advisers. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales leadership, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for expanding the sales strategy, managing the sales teams, and ensuring that our sales objectives align with EVIDENT’s overall business goals.
📊 What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage the B2C sales team focusing on selling our assets to family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
- Lead and manage the intermediaries' channel, building strong relationships with wealth platforms, brokers, and wealth advisers.
- Further expand our comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including developing strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Investment Management teams to align sales efforts with broader company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the face of EVIDENT in high-level negotiations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure EVIDENT remains competitive in the market.
🛠️ What you’ll bring
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior sales role within the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative assets or investment products.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams in a B2C environment.
