🖥 The Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take ownership of our marketing strategy and lead our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in steering our growth trajectory and shaping the future of alternative investments, through blending your creativity with strategic thinking.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you and your team will plan and execute various marketing campaigns to build awareness of our business to our target audience, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the Investment Management teams.
📊 What you’ll be doing
- Lead and coordinate B2C campaigns and communications across various platforms and channels, establishing EVIDENT as a leading platform for Alternative Assets.
- Take business objectives and translate these into a marketing strategy
- Oversee and delegate the marketing team and resources.
- Manage and optimise advertising efforts, both digital and non-digital, to meet growth KPIs.
- Source, structure, and utilise target-audience data, to power campaigns and communication efforts. Continuously drive decisions and efforts through data.
- Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and investment management teams to gain insights and align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Continuously analyse market trends, customer feedback, and cultivated campaign data to refine marketing approaches.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to successfully bring projects to fruition
🛠️ What you’ll bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role in a B2C context, preferably in FinTech.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth-focused marketing campaigns.
- You understand how to develop a brand, and building out all elements of a brand and visual identity.
